My creations blend photographic art with craftsmanship to bring to life unique jewelry inspired by the architecture and nature of Sicily. From Sicilian majolica tile patterns to the island’s typical flowers, each handmade piece of jewelry encapsulates a fragment, a tile, of Sicilian history.

From the study of ceramic and cement flooring, widespread in private buildings and churches between the 18th and 19th centuries, the “MADUNA” line was born with the intent of narrating Palermo and Sicily through its architectures.
The colors of the Sicilian hinterland, the jasmine, the pomelos, the agave, the hibiscus come together through photography with brass, transforming into essential lines of jewelry to wear.
Mirar revisits Sicilian jewelry in a modern key. The predominantly used metal is brass, chosen for its warm color, while ceramic tiles replace precious stones, accompanied by micro pearls and baroque pearls.
