RETURNS
The consumer has the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without having to give any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the consumer or a third party appointed by him, other than the carrier, took possession of the goods (Art. 52 et seq. of Legislative Decree 21 February 2014).
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send an e-mail to info@tilegioielli.com stating that you wish to avail yourself of the right of withdrawal and indicating:
the order number, the invoice number, if any code and quantity of articles, whether the withdrawal is partial (only in case of the purchase of several items) or total. whether the withdrawal is partial (only in case of the purchase of several items) or total.
The goods must be returned undamaged in their original packaging and properly sealed, complete in all their parts, within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the email containing the intention to make use of the right of withdrawal, by a courier appointed by the Customer. Shipping costs for the return of the goods shall be borne by the Customer.

If the return does not meet the listed conditions, the package will be returned, and a refund will not be made.
REFUNDS
After receipt and acceptance of the goods, a confirmation e-mail will be sent. The refund will be made according to the payment method chosen at the time of purchase:
on paper if you paid with Paypal
by bank transfer if you paid by bank transfer.
TILE undertakes to re-credit the value of the product(s) within 14 calendar days of receipt of the returned goods and, in the case of the right of withdrawal, only after having verified the integrity of the products, retaining only the amount of any shipping costs.
LEGAL GUARANTEE
Since this is an exclusively handcrafted production, small processing anomalies that do not alter the functionality and/or aesthetic value of the accessory cannot be considered a defect and, therefore, cannot be claimed as such by the Customer.
In the event that the product is damaged in transit during delivery or has manufacturing defects, TILE agrees to replace the material under warranty at no charge.
All Products sold on the Site are covered by the Legal Guarantee of Conformity provided for in Articles 128-135 of the Consumer Code (Legal Guarantee). Should the items delivered be defective, you may request that they be repaired or replaced with a defect-free copy.
The Seller shall be liable to the consumer for any lack of conformity of the Product that becomes apparent within two years of such delivery. The conformity defect must be reported to the Seller, under penalty of forfeiture of the warranty, within two months from the date on which it was discovered.
Unless proved otherwise, it shall be presumed that the lack of conformity that becomes apparent within six months after delivery of the Product already existed on that date, unless this assumption is incompatible with the nature of the Product or the nature of the lack of conformity. From the seventh month following the delivery of the Product, it shall instead be the consumer’s burden to prove that the conformity defect already existed at the time of delivery of the Product.
In order to benefit from the Legal Warranty, the consumer must, therefore, first provide proof of the date of purchase and delivery of the goods. It is, therefore, advisable for the consumer, for the purposes of such proof, to keep the purchase invoice or any other document that can attest to the date on which the purchase was made (e.g. payment card statement) and the date of delivery.
In the event of termination of the contract, the Seller shall return to the consumer the total amount paid, consisting of the purchase price of the Product, the shipping costs, and any other additional costs. In the event of a price reduction, the Seller shall refund the amount of the reduction, previously agreed upon with the consumer. The amount of the refund or reduction will be credited to the means or payment solution used by the consumer for the purchase.
The Seller shall not be liable in the event of any damage, of whatever nature, resulting from the use of the Product in an improper manner and/or not in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, as well as in the event of damage resulting from unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure.
